Mini pizzas I feel good about

Wheat bread cut with biscuit cutter (the boy helped!), homemade tomato sauce with a boost of "white puree" (see Sneaky Chef cookbook), mushrooms, fresh basil, Morningstar Farms veggie sausage (good!), and cheese. Hooray for yummy and nutritious, easy lunches from the freezer.
