Cozy casserole

Well, last night's dinner was a chicken leek and mushroom casserole. Martha. Was good. Was supposed to be an alternative to creamed soups casserole, using whole wheat bread on the bottom to soak up sauce you made to make it creamy....I've determined that any recipe made with wine is good.
